Day 4

Breakfast
-1 Clementine
- 2 Hard boiled eggs

Lunch
-Chicken, can of tuna and small amount of bacon bits over salad green w/ some hot sauce
-Handful of walnuts

Snack
-12oz V8 juice
-Handful of walnuts
-1.75oz Beef jerky

Dinner
-Finished Chicken, Broccoli and green peppers
-Apple
