-Leftover chicken broccoli and green peppers

snack
-Small V8
-Banana
-Small handful of cashews

Dinner
-More chicken broccoli and green peppers
-Clementine
-Some pistachios

Post Workout
-Handful of pistachios
-1 Clementine
-1/2 serving of protein shake
