Breakfast
-Protein shake

Lunch
-leftover sausage and peppers

Snack
-1 Banana
-Large handful of cashews
-V8 drink

Dinner
-Chicken and peppers

    Is the Protein Shake a meal replacement type or just a Whey protein. If it is just the Whey, type and is low carb, add some fruit to your meal and a good fat source. Just a suggestion!

  2. It is muscle milk so there is about 16g of carbs per serving along with some fats.
