Breakfast
-Protein shake

Lunch
-Salad with chicken and roast beef with some hot sauce

Snack
-Banana
-V8
-Roast beef (1/2 pound total including lunch)
-Had some cashews throughout the day

Dinner
-Turkey Fajitas (Loren Cordain "paleo cookbook")

Snack
-1 Apple
